SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
